Ingredients: Lamb spare ribs( 6ribs/ 450-500gm) House blend spices, 

Warm up instructions:

Thawing:

If the ribs are frozen, you'll need to thaw them first. The safest way to do this is by placing the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator overnight. If you're short on time, you can immerse the sealed package in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes until thawed.

There are several options for preparing vacuum-packed lamb spareribs:

Oven: 

Preheat your oven to around 325°F (163°C). Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper to catch dripping, bake for about 15-20 mins or till crispy on the outside. 

Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the ribs directly on the grill grates and cook till crispy and brown, turning occasionally, until they're tender and nicely browned. 


Resting and Serving: Once cooked, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a more flavorful and juicy eating experience. Serve the ribs hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or coleslaw.
