At Atout, We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18, being the legal age in Singapore for alcohol consumption.
By using this site, you represent that you are over the age of 18, and are able to purchase and consume alcohol legally in Singapore.
We make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18.
We reserved the right to cancel any order if we found out that the purchaser are believe to be under the legal age in accordingly to LIQUOR CONTROL (SUPPLY AND CONSUMPTION) ACT 2015

The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
