Delivery Schedule
- Available daily from Monday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm
- Free delivery available for any orders above $250
- Delivery fee of $25 for orders below $250 applies. Delivery fee is only for a single delivery. Order that required multiple delivery will be charge accordingly at $25 per location.
- Earliest possible delivery: 2 Hours in advance
- Otherwise you can always schedule your order ahead of time
- Unable to deliver to F1 affected areas from 13th - 21st September '23

For Self-Collection:
- Available daily from 12.00pm to 8:30pm
- Address: 40c Harding Road, Singapore 249548
- Simply provide your order number to our staffs at level 2 gourmet store for collection.
To note:

Refund/Exchange Policy: All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. However, as a gesture of good will, we may allow the exchange or refund of items that are not satisfactory to you, subject to the following:
- you must check your order upon delivery, and contact us at orderss@atout.sg within 3 days from your time of delivery with your name, contact details, and the reason you are seeking to exchange of refund any products;
- Images of products will have to be provided for consideration of refunds or exchange.
- Delivery riders will only wait for a maximum of 10mins, before they will leave the order at the door with a photo for proof.
- For any redelivery, an additional fee of $25 will be applicable for same-day delivery.
- For last min rescheduling of delivery on another day, additional charge for any food/drink items that are re-made will also apply on top of $25 redelivery fees.
