All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. However, as a gesture of good will, we may allow the exchange or refund of items that are not satisfactory to you, subject to the following:
- you must check your order upon delivery, and contact us at email@example.com within 2 days from your time of delivery with your name, contact details, and the reason you are seeking to exchange of refund any products;
- Images of products will have to be provided for consideration of refunds or exchange.
- Corked wines, The official receipt and corked bottled of wine will have to be presented for exchange/refund.
