Refund Policy

Refund/Exchange Policy:


All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. However, as a gesture of good will, we may allow the exchange or refund of items that are not satisfactory to you, subject to the following: 

  1. you must check your order upon delivery, and contact us at within 2 days from your time of delivery with your name, contact details, and the reason you are seeking to exchange of refund any products; 
  2. Images of products will have to be provided for consideration of refunds or exchange.
  3. Corked wines, The official receipt and corked bottled of wine will have to be presented for exchange/refund.
