Full-bodied and rich flavour profile

Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are grown on the estate's vineyards and is aged for several years before being bottled.

Henri Giraud Esprit Nature has a pale gold color and an aroma of citrus fruits, including lemon and grapefruit, along with notes of white flowers and a hint of mineral. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with flavours of apple, pear, and honey, along with a subtle hint of brioche and a well-balanced acidity. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the wine a creamy texture and a long finish. It has a refined and elegant character, with a good balance between fruitiness and acidity.

Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood dishes, such as lobster or caviar. It can also be aged for several years to develop more complexity and nuances.
