Moulin du Calanquet ,Grossane Black Olives with Herbs of Provence
Grossane olive is mostly located south of the Alpilles. It is very round, has a lot of flesh, a small core and is very juicy. Ideal for the use of mouth olives, its de-merization is only done with coarse salt. Its color is purple or dark brown which makes it easier to recognize it.The mixture of thyme, rosemary and savory gives the Grossane olive a stronger taste than the preparation of Grossane with pesto.
