Moulin du Calanquet, Grossane Black Olives
Grossane olive is mostly located south of the Alpilles. It is very round, has a lot of flesh, a small core and it is very juicy. Ideal for the use of mouth olives, its de-merization is only done with coarse salt. Its color is purple or dark brown which makes it easier to recognize it
