Red fruits and spices flavour profile
A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Mourvedre. It exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, with hints of spices, such as cinnamon and black pepper, and a touch of herbs. It is medium-bodied with a smooth and silky texture. The flavours of red fruit, such as raspberry and red cherry, are evident, complemented by notes of spices and herbs. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and soft cheeses.
