Dark fruits and oak flavour profile
Made with a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Malbec.
In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, with hints of spices, vanilla, and a touch of oak.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a smooth and velvety texture. The flavors of ripe fruit, such as plum, black cherry, and cassis, are evident, complemented by notes of chocolate and a touch of oak. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and strong cheeses.
