Age of harvest: The fish are harvested at a minimum of 10 years of age

Grain size: 3mm to 3.5mm

Hue: The grains are brown-bronze

Taste profile: The Russian caviar has a distinct salted egg-yolk flavour with creamy notes, a subtle briny finish and hints of green olives
