Full-bodied and complex flavour profile
A red wine produced in the Spanish island of Mallorca, located in the Mediterranean Sea. It is made from a blend of indigenous grape varieties such as Callet, Mantonegro, and Fogoneu, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
On the nose, it is characterised by intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, along with hints of spices, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex, with silky tannins, a good acidity, and flavours of blackberry, cassis, and a touch of vanilla. The finish is long and elegant, with a delicate balance between fruit and oak.
Pairs well with red meats, game meat, and hard cheeses.
