1792 Small Batch is made from a high-rye mash bill, which gives it a spicy flavor profile. It is aged for 8 years in new, charred American oak barrels, which imparts a rich, caramel color and a complex flavor profile to the whiskey.

The nose of 1792 Small Batch is characterised by notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with flavours of caramel, honey, and spices, including cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with a slight sweetness.
