Chateau de L'Escarelle 'Les Deux Anges' 2020 has a pale pink color and an aroma of red fruits, including strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, along with floral notes of rose petals and hints of citrus. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of red fruits and a subtle hint of mineral. The finish is long and clean, with a refreshing aftertaste. The blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes gives it a well-balanced and harmonious character, with a good acidity and a delicate fruitiness.
Best enjoyed chilled, at around 8-10°C, and it is a good choice to pair with seafood, salads, or light appetizers.
