Ca'La Bionda Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2019
Balanced and refined flavour profile
Made from a blend of grapes, including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, which are grown in the Valpolicella region of northeastern Italy. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
A deep ruby red colour, with aromas of dark fruit, such as black cherry and blackberry, along with notes of spices, such as clove and cinnamon.
On the palate, Ca'La Bionda CasalVegri Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2016 is medium-bodied and elegant, with a complex flavor profile that includes ripe dark fruit, earthy undertones, and a subtle hint of vanilla.
The wine has a smooth and velvety texture, with well-balanced tannins and a long and lingering finish that is both satisfying and memorable.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted meats, pasta dishes with a rich tomato sauce, or strong cheeses.
