Oven Baked Mont D'or Cheese (Plain or choice of toppings)

Baking Method: Onion bacon or Wild Mushrooms

  1. Take the cheese out from the fridge and bring it to room temperature for at least 30mins
  2. Pre-heat oven at 200°C
  3. Remove the plastic, cut a circle opening and place the stuffing into the cheese.
  4. Drizzle white wine on the top of the cheese. Place the cheese on a metal tray.
  5. Bake the cheese in the oven for 20 mins till melty and hot.
  6. Serve with bread and enjoy while hot
Baking Method: Plain

  4. Place the cheese on a metal tray.
  5. Bake the cheese in the oven for 20 mins till melty and hot.
  6. Serve with bread and enjoy while hot
