Dark fruits and spices flavour profile

A red Bordeaux wine from the Saint-Estephe appellation in the Bordeaux wine region of France. It is a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot.

In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of tobacco, leather, and a touch of oak.

On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dark fruit, such as plum, black cherry, and cassis, are evident, complemented by notes of chocolate, spices, and a touch of earthiness. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.

Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and strong cheeses.
