Full-bodied and dark fruits flavour profile

Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are hand-harvested from the estate's vineyards.

It has a deep ruby red color, with a complex aroma of dark fruits, such as blackcurrant and blackberry, mixed with earthy and spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied structure, with flavours of dark fruit, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla, with firm tannins and a long and persistent finish.

Aged for around 12-15 months in oak barrels, which helps to add complexity and depth to the wine's flavour profile. It is a versatile wine that can be paired with a variety of foods, including grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.

Its careful winemaking process, along with its complex flavour profile and firm tannins, make it a popular choice for wine enthusiasts who appreciate bold and full-bodied red wines.

The 2018 vintage is considered to be a good vintage, with ripe and concentrated fruit flavours and a good balance of acidity and tannins.
