Exquisite and complex flavour profile
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Saint-Romain appellation. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in oak barrels and aged on lees for several months.
The wine is of bright golden color with aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of toasted nuts, along with subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with flavours of citrus, pear, and apricot, along with a subtle hint of vanilla and a distinct mineral undertone. The wine has a smooth texture and a refreshing acidity that balances its richness, and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as seafood, poultry, and creamy cheeses.
