Smoked Salmon Rillette
Rillettes are a French traditional preparation of meat. The salmon is poached in a stock until cooked. After which it is shredded and mixed with a white wine cream sauce.
Deliver chilled: In jar, ready to eat
Shelf life: Expiry date stated on jar. Once open, best consumed within 3 days
Storage: In the fridge between 4-6'c
Serving: 2 to 3 pax
Ingredients: Salmon, cream, white wine, herbs
Serving method: Served chilled. Best topped with a sprinkle of sea salt, olive oil and fresh dill.
