The Moulin de Gassac wines were created in the early 90s by the Guibert family, owner of Mas de Daumas Gassac in Languedoc. The Moulin de Gassac Selection reflects a shared desire to offer authentic wines.
Aromatic white wine with a nose of white fruit, citrus notes and hints of wild flowers. Pleasant, unctuous and fresh on the palate. A wine with noticeable acidity, a fruity mid-palate and a long and perfumed finish.
