Full-bodied and velvety flavour profile
Made with a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. It exhibits a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of blackberry, blackcurrant, and raspberry, with hints of tobacco, leather, and earth.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dark fruit, such as black cherry, plum, and cassis, are evident, with notes of spice, vanilla, and a touch of oak. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and hard cheeses.
