Buglioni 'l' Imperfetto Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2018
Complex and refined flavour profile.
Made from a blend of grapes, including Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, which are grown in the Valpolicella region of northeastern Italy. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
The resulting wine is a deep ruby red color, with intense aromas of dark fruit, such as black cherry and plum, along with notes of spices, such as cinnamon and cloves.
On the palate, Buglioni 'l' Imperfetto Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2018 is full-bodied and elegant, with a complex flavor profile that includes ripe dark fruit, earthy undertones, and a subtle hint of vanilla.
The wine has a smooth and velvety texture, with well-balanced tannins and a long and lingering finish that is both satisfying and memorable.
This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted meats, pasta dishes with a rich tomato sauce.
