Tenuta di Biserno Insoglio Del Cinghiale 2021
Fruit-forward flavour profile
Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes, which are grown in the Maremma region of Tuscany, Italy. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for at least 6 months.
The wine is of deep ruby red color, with aromas of dark fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, along with notes of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes ripe dark fruit, a hint of chocolate, and a subtle oak note. The wine has a smooth texture and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of Italian dishes, such as pasta dishes with a tomato sauce, grilled meats, or cheese plates.
