Smooth and balanced flavour profile
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are grown in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in oak barrels and aged for several months.
The wine is of deep ruby color with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and a hint of spice, along with subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of dark fruit, such as blackcurrant and plum, along with a hint of black pepper and a distinct mineral undertone. The wine has a smooth texture and a balanced acidity that complements its richness, and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted meats, grilled salmon, and aged cheeses.
