Unique and flavourful profile

Made from 100% Savagnin grapes, which are grown in the Jura region of France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented and aged in oak barrels for six years and three months, a process known as "ouillage". During this time, a thin layer of yeast called "voile" develops on the surface of the wine, which gives the wine its distinctive nutty flavour and complex aroma.

The wine is of deep yellow-gold color, with aromas of nuts, spices, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-structured, with a flavour profile that includes roasted nuts, hazelnuts, and a subtle hint of oak. The wine has a dry, slightly astringent finish that lingers on the palate.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted poultry, mushroom-based dishes, or strong cheeses.
