Dark fruits and mineral flavour profile
Made with a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, and 10% Syrah.
It exhibits a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, with hints of spices, such as thyme and rosemary, and a touch of oak.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dark fruit, such as black cherry and plum, are evident, complemented by notes of spices, such as pepper and cinnamon, and a touch of minerality. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and strong cheeses.
