Dark fruits and spices flavour profile
A blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, and 5% Cinsault.
In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of herbs, spices, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavours of dark fruit, such as black cherry and plum, are evident, complemented by notes of spices, such as pepper and cinnamon. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and strong cheeses.
