Crisp and refreshing flavour profile
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Petit Chablis appellation of the Burgundy region in France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months.
The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of green apple, citrus, and a hint of mineral. On the palate, it is light-bodied and well-balanced, with flavours of green apple, lemon, and a subtle mineral note. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a clean, crisp finish.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as shellfish, seafood salads, and light appetizers.
