Pouilly-Fuissé 2021 has all the hallmarks of fine white Burgundy. Ripe and inviting flavours; intense citrus combined with more tropical fruits. The texture has a creaminess to it, and there is a delicate biscuity note from a good period of lees ageing. There is complexity and precision here making this a great all-rounder.
