Chateau Bechereau Lalande De Pomerol 2019
Black fruits and tannins flavour profile
A red wine from the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation in the Bordeaux region of France. Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are hand-harvested from the estate's vineyards.
It has a deep ruby red color, with a rich and complex aroma of dark fruits, such as blackberry and plum, mixed with earthy and spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied structure, with flavours of black fruit, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla, with firm tannins and a long and smooth finish.
Aged for around 12-15 months in oak barrels, which helps to add complexity and depth to the wine's flavour profile.
Paired with a variety of foods, including grilled meats, game, and strong cheeses.
