With slow cooking in a "bain marie", with a vacuum pot and following traditional recipes we prepare our delicious extra jams. The best fruit is selected to give life to a product with a characteristic and natural taste, with little added sugar.
Ingrediant: Cherries, sugar and lemon juice. Fruit used 145 g per 100 g of finished product.
Total sugars 48 g per 100 g of finished product. Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORING. GLUTEN FREE product.
Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature between +2/+6°C.
Use: To be enjoyed with slices of wholemeal bread and mountain butter.
Perfect for preparing pies, desserts and garnishing croissants.
