Lucien Le Moine, Echezeaux Grand Cru 2017

 Rich and balanced flavour profile

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are grown in the Echezeaux Grand Cru appellation. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in open-top vats and aged in oak barrels for several months.

The wine is of deep ruby color with aromas of red and dark fruit, such as cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, along with hints of spice and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of dark fruit, such as black cherry and blackcurrant, along with a hint of vanilla and a distinct mineral undertone. The wine has a smooth texture and a balanced acidity that complements its richness, and a long and satisfying finish.

This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and aged cheeses.
