How to prepare prime Rib
1. Season meat with salt & pepper *or any other seasoning of your choice
2. Pre-heat oven to 210'c
3. Seared with olive oil on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side
4. Baste surface of prime rib with olive oil while searing meat
For medium rare doneness
5. Cook prime rib on one side for 5-6 minutes and turn it over to another side for 5-6 minutes
6. Rest the steak for at least 15 mins before slicing it
