1) Pale straw in the glass. Delicate light biscuit bread in the nose. Refined delicate on the palate with light oaty flavours. Dry with extended fine finish. From an obsessive & meticulous producer the wine is blend from oak / clay fermentation vessels made from the oak / clay of the local region. Zero pesticide wines - which is something they have been doing for 30years.
2) Aroma had grapefruit, white peach and brioche. Over the palate came small red berries, white flower, grapefruit and brioche. Medium plus acidity and dry.
