100% Chardonnay from Villers-Mamery Premier Cru blended with 30% of solera reserve wines started in 1982.
Aged on fine lees for at least 48 months before disgorgement. No dosage added but there's a minute 3g/L of residual sugar left in the wine which provided the perfect balance for this delicious champagne.
