Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the premier cru vineyard of Beaurepaire, which is known for its limestone soils and south-facing slopes.
The wine has a bright, pale yellow color and a bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich with flavours of lemon, pear, and honey, balanced by a crisp acidity and a mineral finish.
Pairs well with seafood dishes, particularly shellfish and fish cooked in butter or cream sauces. It also pairs well with white meat dishes, such as chicken or turkey, as well as with mild cheeses.
