Complex and rich flavour profile

Made from 100% Gamay grapes, which are grown in the Morgon appellation. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in concrete tanks and aged for several months in oak barrels.

The wine is of deep ruby color with aromas of red and black fruit, such as cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, along with a hint of spice and floral undertones. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with flavours of dark fruit, such as blackberry and plum, along with a hint of black pepper and a distinct mineral undertone. The wine has a smooth texture and a balanced acidity that complements its richness, and a long and satisfying finish.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and soft cheeses.
