Complex and balance flavour profile

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Meursault appellation of the Burgundy region in France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in oak barrels and aged on lees for several months.

The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of citrus, pear, and toasted oak, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes ripe citrus fruit, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and a subtle mineral. The wine has a crisp acidity and a long and satisfying finish.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted chicken, grilled fish, and shellfish, as well as creamy pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
