Dark fruits and and earthy flavour profile
A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% each of Mourvedre and Vaccarese grapes. In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, with hints of spices, such as cinnamon and black pepper, and a touch of oak.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dark fruit, such as black cherry and plum, are evident, complemented by notes of spices and a touch of earthiness. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and strong cheeses.
