Floral and fruity flavour profile
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs region.
It has a pale golden color and an aroma of citrus fruits, particularly lemon and lime, along with floral notes of white flowers and hints of brioche and almond. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with a good acidity and flavours of green apple, pear, and lemon, along with notes of minerals and a subtle hint of salinity. The finish is long and clean, with a refreshing aftertaste. The use of only Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes gives it a pure and elegant character, with a good balance between fruitiness and mineral.
Best enjoyed chilled, at around 8-10°C, and it is a good choice to pair with seafood, shellfish, or creamy cheeses.
