Dark fruits and oak flavour profile
Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on vines that are over 35 years old.
On the nose, it is characterised by aromas of dark fruit, such as blackcurrant and blackberry, along with hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins, a good acidity, and flavours of dark fruit, chocolate, and a touch of spice. The finish is long and complex, with a delicate balance between fruit and oak.
Pairs well with a wide range of foods, including red meats, game, and rich pasta dishes.
