Dark fruits and oaky flavour profile
Made from 100% Syrah grapes, which are handpicked from old vines grown in the gravelly and pebbly soils of the region. The grapes are carefully sorted undergo a traditional vinification process, which involves a long maceration period to extract the maximum flavour and tannins from the skins.
It is of deep ruby color, with a bouquet of ripe dark fruits such as blackberry and plum, along with notes of spice, pepper, and earthy undertones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with flavours of dark fruit, black pepper, and smoky oak. The tannins are firm yet silky, providing structure and balance to the wine.
Pair with red meat, game meat, and hearty dishes.
