Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards with low yields, ensuring the concentration of flavours and aromas in the grapes.
In the glass, the wine has a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with flavors of lemon and grapefruit, balanced by a slight creaminess and a long, crisp finish.
Great pairing for seafood, especially shellfish, as well as light salads, poultry, and soft cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Enjoy it with a our crunchy endive salad.
