Fresh and balanced flavour profile

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Vire-Clesse appellation of the Maconnais region of Burgundy, France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months.

The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of green apple, lemon, and a hint of mineral, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes tart citrus fruit, subtle minerals, and a hint of creaminess. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a long and satisfying finish.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, and seafood salads, as well as light appetizers and cheeses.
