Dark fruits and tannins flavour profile
Made with a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and plum, with hints of vanilla and spices.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth and velvety texture. The flavors of ripe fruit, such as black cherry and raspberry, are evident, complemented by notes of oak and a touch of earthiness. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, roasted lamb, and soft cheeses.
