Made with a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
It exhibits a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it displays a bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of tobacco and spices.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth and velvety texture. The flavors of ripe fruit, such as black cherry, plum, and blackberry, are evident, complemented by notes of vanilla, mocha, and a touch of oak. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, roasted lamb, and strong cheeses.
