Dark fruits and spices flavour profile
Made with a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc.
In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of tobacco, leather, and a touch of oak.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dark fruit, such as black cherry, plum, and cassis, are evident, complemented by notes of chocolate, spices, and a touch of earthiness. The wine has well-structured tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and strong cheeses.
As a Grand Cru Classe, it represents one of the most prestigious wines from the Graves region of Bordeaux.
