Sauteed Frog Legs

Light and refreshing flavour profile

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, which are grown in the Veneto region of Italy. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for at least 4 months.

The wine is a pale straw yellow color, with aromas of citrus fruit, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with floral notes and a hint of minerals. On the palate, it is light-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes citrus fruit, mineral undertones, and a subtle hint of almond. The wine has a lively acidity and a crisp and refreshing finish.

Pairs well with light and fresh dishes, such as seafood, salad, or vegetarian cuisine.
