An assemblage of Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery Premier Cru with a small portion of still Pinot Noir (approximately 17%) from Verzy Grand Cru.
Fermented in barrels and aged for 36 months on fine lees before disgorgement. A bone-dry, beautiful and sophisticated rosé that has alluring pink grapefruit, wild red berries and redcurrant flavours.
