Fruity and full-bodied flavour profile
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which are sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in the Aÿ region.
On the nose, it is characterised by aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of toast. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with a fine and persistent mousse, a lively acidity, and flavours of ripe apple, pear, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and complex, with a delicate balance between fruit, oak, and mineral.
Pairs well with a wide range of foods, including seafood, poultry, and richer pasta dishes, and is also a great wine to enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with a cheese course.
